Conditions of Use

Use of this website and the products offered means that you understand and comply with the terms and conditions as outlined below.

1. Returns - Returns will be accepted up to 30 days after customer receives delivery of their furniture. To file a return you must contact JBM miniatures within 5 days of receiving the item and request a return authorization.
   
2. Typos - JBM miniatures is not responsible for minor errors or minor mis-representations of furniture due to typos. Major errors will be assessed on a case by case basis.
   
3. Prices are subject to change without notice. Items subject to availability.

Limited Editions

On occasion we may offer signed limited editions. Limited editions will be sold on an as come basis once they are sold out they will not be reproduced.

Out of Stock Items/Back Orders

We plan our production and item availability with intent to ensure that we have enough of each furniture design to give all our customers an opportunity to showcase the item. Sometimes a particular design will prove to be a very popular item and will sell out quickly. When this happens the product description will list it as OUT OF STOCK and indicate when we expect it to be available again. If your order contains items that are out of stock we will put them on back order for you and notify you when they are in stock, you will then have first choice to re order them. If you would like us to ship them to you as soon as they are in without confirming with you first you must let us know. We will be happy to do that for you.

Minimum Orders
There are no minimum order .however consideration should be given to shipping rates which will advantage you if your order is over $500.00/

Payment Methods
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Paypal, and cheques or money orders. International orders can be paid by Paypal or credit card.

Terms of Sale
If payment is made by credit card, we will not charge your card until we know you are completely satisfied with your order. A $25.00 fee will be charged for any returned cheques.

Extended Payment
Payment is due 30 days from the date of the invoice. A 2% service charge per month will be charged to any customer whose account balance is not paid within the 30 day period unless prior arrangements have been made.
