DESCRIPTION
Mission furniture was first popularized by Joseph P. McHugh of New York who offered a line of stylistically related furniture. This corner cabinet, simple in its design has been decorated with a cyma molding on the pediment. The cabinet stands on a plynth above; an apron with splayed bracket feet. The 2 doors on the bottom cabinet have raised panels. The drawer fronts are plain and the glazing bars on the glace doors of the top cabinet are decorated with a small round raised molding.There are 2 interior shelves. The sides of the cabinet are plain and the pediment on the top cabinet has a cyma shaped molding. The cabinet measures 6 1/4 inches high x 3 1/2 inches wide x 1 5/8 inches deep and is available in a walnut finish.
