Louis XV Rococo/Baroque Arm Chair 18th Century

Upholstered mid18th century French Arm Chair with a high back and shaped front skirt, standing on small cabriole legs. The show wood frame around the seat, back and scrolled arms is decorated with a carved leaf motif. A Fleur-de-lees is carved in the center of the back frame. The tufting on the back of the chair is a feature of furniture designed by Mariano Gare. The chair measures 6 1/2 inches wide x 4 3/4 inches deep and 8 inches high and is available in a fine white patterned fabric.The frame is painted white with gold highlights.
