When does my credit card get charged?
Your credit card will get charged when the furniture is shipped This policy protects you from getting charged for orders that are not immediately in stock.
Do you have a store?
JBM miniatures does not have a store. We have warehouses in the USA, in Canada in Australia and in Spain. Our head office is in Australia.We do attend some Dollhouse Miniature Shows and we maintain this web site.
How do I pay by cheque?
To pay by check simply call us or email us prior to placing your order so that we can set-up a manual invoice. We will email you with instructions. You can also set-up a Paypal account and pay by cheque through your Paypal account. We offer paypal check-out in our store.

What is the Cancellation Policy?
If we are able to cancel your order prior to being picked or shipped, there is no cancellation fee. If your order is canceled after it has been shipped or picked we have a fair flat rate of 15% (covering some of the restocking/shipping fees.) Cancellations or returns must be authorized in advance. Please contact us and we will assess the situation for you.
What is the Return Policy?
If you are not totally satisfied you may call us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. You will be assessed with a 15% re-shipping/re-stocking fee.
Are finish colors accurate?
Because of the techniques used to finish the miniature furniture the finished colour is dependent on the wood as well as the carving on the item. We do our best to ensure consistency of colour on companion pieces however we cannot guarantee a perfect match especially with antique reproductions which historically did not match.
